Our Glorius Eternity-Revelation 7:9, 7:15-17 ESV
9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.
Have you ever wondered just how many will be saved? How many people will there be in God’s kingdom? Revelation 7:9 tells us that there will be so many we will not be able to count them. This may cause you to ask: Will there be room for everyone? The answer to that question is yes.
There will be plenty of room for you in God’s kingdom. Revelation also tells us that God will create a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21:1). This new heaven and new earth will be large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably.
What will we be doing in God’s kingdom? Revelation 7:15-17 has the answer.
15 “Therefore they are before the throne of God,
and serve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence.
16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore;
the sun shall not strike them,
nor any scorching heat.
17 For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd,
and he will guide them to springs of living water,
and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
While we continue to worship and serve God, He will continue to provide for our every need. He will be our God, and we will be His people. God has a glorious eternity in store for those who come to Christ in faith. Trust Christ today.
